Reiki I - In the First Degree Reiki, you will receive the Reiki I attunement that empowers the Reiki healing energy. You will be taught the Reiki hand positions for healing and stress reduction of yourself and others. This class also includes training on the 7 main CHAKRA’s (energy centers that we all have in our bodies) and how to work with them. Working with crystals and stones is a very important addition to the Reiki healing energy. We will be covering the art of using crystals, stones and Reiki healing wands to enhance the Reiki healing energy. A Reiki 1 Manual is included in the cost of the class.
